TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Bookings and Deposits
1.1. All group bookings of seven (7) or more guests require a deposit of £10 per person to confirm the reservation.
1.2. Deposits must be paid in full at the time of booking. Reservations will not be confirmed until the deposit has been received.
1.3. The deposit amount will be applied to the final bill on the date of the booking.2. Deposit Redemption and Minimum Spend
2.1. Deposits are redeemable against the final bill for the booking.
2.2. Deposits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another date unless otherwise agreed in writing by management.3. Cancellations and Amendments
3.1. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a no-show or cancellation made less than 48 hours prior to the booking time.
3.2. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may have the deposit transferred to a future booking at the discretion of management.
3.3. Significant changes to group size should be communicated to Kassia Drayton as soon as possible. Accommodation of additional guests will depend on availability.
3.4. In the unlikely event that Kassia Drayton is required to cancel or amend a booking, any deposits paid will be refunded in full.4. Friday & Saturday Evenings and Festive Period Bookings
4.1. For all bookings made on Friday and Saturday evenings, card details are required regardless of party size.
4.2. During the Festive period (1st–31st December), all bookings may be subject to enhanced cancellation and no-show policies due to increased demand.
4.3. In these periods, late cancellations or no-shows may be charged at a rate higher than £10 per person, depending on the time and date of the reservation.
4.4. Guests will be informed of any increased charges at the time of booking or when confirming their reservation.5. General Conditions
5.1. Kassia Drayton reserves the right to apply, waive, or vary the deposit requirement at any time.
5.2. By placing a booking, guests are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
5.3. Kassia Drayton reserves the right to refuse service or entry in line with licensing objectives and venue policies.
5.4. Management decisions are final in all matters relating to these Terms and Conditions.6. Our Commitment to Guests
Kassia greatly values group bookings and appreciates your understanding that deposit requirements are in place to help manage table availability and staffing effectively. These policies allow us to deliver the best possible service and experience for all guests.

1. Card Details and Booking Requirements
1.1. For all Bingo Night bookings of eight (8) or more guests, valid card details are required to secure the reservation.
1.2. Card details are stored securely through our online booking system in accordance with GDPR and PCI DSS regulations.
1.3. Card details are collected for verification and potential cancellation charges only; cards will not be charged unless the conditions in Section 2 apply.
1.4. All securely stored card details are deleted 24 hours after the reservation time.2. Cancellations, Amendments & No-Shows
2.1. Bookings may be cancelled or amended up to 48 hours prior to the reservation time without charge.
2.2. If a booking is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the reservation time, or if the party fails to attend, a late cancellation/no-show charge of £10 per person will be applied to the stored card.
2.3. Where fewer guests attend than originally booked, Kassia Drayton reserves the right to charge £10 per person for each absent guest.
2.4. All charges are processed automatically using the securely stored card details.3. General Conditions
3.1. By placing a Bingo Night booking, guests confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
3.2. Kassia Drayton reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
3.3. The venue reserves the right to refuse service or entry in accordance with licensing objectives and venue policies.
3.4. All management decisions regarding the application of these Terms & Conditions are final.4. Our Commitment to Guests
Kassia Drayton is committed to offering a fun, welcoming Bingo Night experience for all guests. Requiring card details for larger bookings helps us manage availability, staffing, and preparation costs, ensuring that we can continue delivering a high-quality event.
